Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records of the order dated 31.01.2019 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in C.M.P.501 of 2019 confirming the order dated 22.01.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam in Crl.M.P.No.66 of 2019 and setaside the same and relax the bail conditions imposed on the petitioner by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam in Crl.M.P.No.1364 of 2018 dated 04.01.2019.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the order dated 31.01.2019 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in C.M.P.501 of 2019 confirming the order dated 22.01.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam in Crl.M.P.No.66 of 2019 and set aside the same and relax the bail conditions imposed on the petitioner by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam in Crl.M.P.No.1364 of 2018 dated 04.01.2019. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed on 04.01.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1364 of 2018 is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, fifteen days once.
