This Court vide order dated 17.07.2019 directed the first respondent to furnish security to the tune of Rs.2,62,979/- on or before 14.08.2019.

2. Since the earlier order was not complied with now the applicant has sought for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 who are tenants in the premises belonging to the first respondent at Door No.41, 86th street, Ashok Nagar, Chennai 600 083 to deposit the rent to the credit of the above application, pending disposal of the OA. Despite service of notice, none of the respondents have appeared before this Court.

3. In the memo dated 05.09.2019, the applicant has stated that the second respondent has vacated the premises and it is occupied by new tenant, who is not a party before this Court and further it is stated that the third respondent is the tenant who is paying monthly rent of Rs.25,000/-. Therefore the applicant seeks an order directing the third respondent to deposit the monthly rent to the credit of O.A.No.2875 of 2019.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the third respondent, who is the tenant of the first respondent, to deposit the rent payable for its use and occupation of the premises situated in Door No.41, 86th street, Ashok Nagar, http://www.judis.nic.in Chennai 600 083. Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the OA.No.2875 of 2019 pending

dpq disposal of the above application. It is made clear that this application is ordered only with respect to the third respondent and A.No.2875 of 2019 is closed with respect to other respondents. Consequently, A.No.2876 of 2019 is also closed.
