PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant dated 26.03.2021 issued by the Fast Track Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.1367 of 2019.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant dated 26.03.2021 issued by the Fast Track Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.1367 of 2019.

2. Since, admittedly the warrant is pending for the past two years, the respondent police is directed to execute the non bailable warrant as expeditiously as possible. If the respondent is unable to execute the warrant within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, they shall file a report before the learned Magistrate stating the reason for the delay in executing the warrant.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
