This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3779 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, monthly twice for another period of three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3779 of 2022 dated 16.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 11.00 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
