Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and to execute sureties by a further period of two weeks in Crl.MP.No.4038/2022 in Crl.OP.No.1232/2022 dated 01/04/2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1232 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022 to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has taken the Demand Draft for Rs.1,00,000/- to be deposited as per the Court direction, time to surrender and furnishing sureties is extended till 16.05.2022. No further extension will be granted.
