(Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble Mr.Justice R.SUBRAMANIAN) The Writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to apply afresh. The order passed by the respondent shows that it teaches a lesson to us that we should not accept any representation made by any Government Pleader in future. The Office of the Government Pleader has been reduced to the level of a peon by the behavior of the Government Pleaders of the State. Hence, we, with a heavy heart, close this contempt petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed. No costs.
