Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned communication issued by the 2nd Respondent herein in his proceedings in No.3055/ PW/ PHD/ AE (WW)/ JE (V) / F.No.47/ 2021-22 Puducherry dated 26.03.2021, wherein water service connection to the petitioner herein was refused and to quash the same

and consequently to direct the 2nd Respondent to revive the water service connection to the petitioner herein.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned communication issued by the 2nd Respondent herein in his proceedings in No.3055/ PW/ PHD/ AE (WW)/ JE (V) / F.No.47/ 2021-22 Puducherry dated 26.03.2021, wherein water service connection to the petitioner herein was refused and to quash the same and consequently to direct the 2nd Respondent to revive the water service connection to the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
