ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1505 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 Page No.1 of 4

directing them to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1505 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 03.04.2025 dk Page No.2 of 4
