For Petitioner in both CRPs : Mr.Sundaravadhanan For Respondent in both CRPs : Mr.R.Karthikeyan C O M M O N O R D E R On 23.04.2019, this Court had directed the revision petitioner/tenant to file an affidavit of undertaking, agreeing to vacate premises on or before 30.09.2019.

dua Today, an affidavit of undertaking has been filed that the tenant should be granted to reside in the petition mentioned property till 31.12.2019. This Court is not inclined to grant such a long time, since, the affidavit has been filed at the admission stage and the Rent Control proceedings have been pending since the year 2013. Therefore, the affidavit of undertaking is taken on file with a modification that the revision petitioner shall vacate the premises on or before 30.09.2019.

In the result, these Civil Revision Petitions stands disposed of on the above lines. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
