ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.172 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 in Crime No.322 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.172 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
