ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(i) of IPC in Crime No. 137 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by this petitioner and this Court is of the opinion that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required, the respondent police is not able to secure the accused.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner insist for anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that co-accused were granted bail.

4. However, considering the nature of the allegation and abscondance of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
