This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.P.Ayya Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the opposite party had executed a sale deed by showing a very low value and it is alleged that they had misappropriated the money. On a complete reading of the complaint, the dispute is essentially civil in nature and hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an F.I.R. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
