O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.3 of 2019 registered by the third respondent for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act r/w 3,4 & 21 of Banning

of unregulated Deposits Scheme Act. He would further submit that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner. 3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
