This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the proposals submitted by the 3rd respondent dated 08.02.2024 and 01.03.2024 for re-designation of the petitioner as Assistant Engineer with effect from 14.12.2023 in accordance with G.O.(D)No.516, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 02.09.2023, followed by G.O.(D).No.679, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 14.12.2023 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
2. It is stated that an order had been passed which has to be challenged by
the petitioner but the learned counsel states that the order had been passed by the 2nd respondent who is not competent.
3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the said order on all grounds by filing a separate writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 07.03.2025 dpq (2/2) Index : Yes /No Speaking Order : Yes/No To
