This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to 3rd respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.07.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
