This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction, directing the 1st respondent police, viz., the Superintendent of Police, Vellore District to give proper advice to the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.261 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 417, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
