O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Munsif at Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1851 of 2012 within the stipulated time.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners as plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.1851 of 2012 for declaring the sale deed dated 23.03.2006 executed by the defendants 1 to 14 in favour of 15th defendant in respect of the suit property as invalid, null and void and deliver vacant possession of the suit property to the plaintiffs and also for permanent injunction restraining the defendants 15 to 18 from in any manner alienating or encumbering the suit property to any third parties. Written statement has been filed and already P.W.1 was examined. Proof affidavit has been filed on 04.08.2015 and the documents Exs.A1 to A23 were filed. But the suit was periodically adjourned. Hence, he pray for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.1851 of 2012.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the typed set of papers. Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.Considering the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners and since the petitioners/plaintiffs are senior citizens, I am of the view that it is a fit case to direct for early disposal. Accordingly, the Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1851 of 2012 within fours months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on day-to-day basis after giving fair opportunity to both sides. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
