The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she has filed the present petition to transfer H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2016 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ranipet to IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with M.C.No.287 of 2016 pending on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai. Pending Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2016 has been allowed and hence the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
