JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.10381 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and a Copy of the order dated 06.07.2023 complying with the directions of this Court is placed before this Court.
