ORDER
The present application has been filed to grant the petitioner temporary interim custody of his minor child Srinidhi born on 01.09.2014 from 26th April to 4th June 2025.
2. Heard M/s.S.P.Arthi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.K.P.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.P.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had consented for grant of temporary interim custody of the minor child in favour of the applicant during the summer vacation, but, however, would request this Court to grant limited custody of the minor child so that the respondent/ mother would also have the benefit of having the child during the summer vacation so as to take him to his places of interest.
4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Having being satisfied that the applicant is the biological father of the minor child and also considering the fact that the respondent do not have any serious objections for grant of interim custody during the ensuing summer vacation, the applicant/ father is permitted to have the interim custody of the minor child from 01.05.2025 till 15.05.2025. He shall pick up the child at 10.00 am on 01.05.2025 from the residence of the respondent and handover the child back to the mother at 6.00 pm on 15.05.2025.
