Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent herein in his letter No.1513/ DAP1.1/ 2009-8 dated 16.3.2012 rejecting the petitioner request for promotion as Junior Rehabilitation Officer and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to promote the petitioner as Junior Rehabilitation Officer with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has circulated a letter dated 19.01.2017 to the Registry to that effect. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition.
