This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.01.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentsPolice.

Police is duty bound to register a case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.01.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
