O R D E R

Pursuant to order dated 09.06.2022, the alleged contemnor is present in person. He has handed over a demand draft, drawn on Bank of India, for Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees five lakhs only) in favour of M/s.Hi Power Solutions Private Limited. The said demand draft is handed over to learned counsel for the contempt petitioners. The contempt petitioners are directed to provide a receipt to the alleged contemnor in respect thereof. The amount received shall be adjusted against the suit claim without prejudice to the contempt petitioners' right to claim interest on the suit claim.

2. In respect of the sum of Rs.25 lakhs which was paid earlier by the alleged contemnor, the contempt petitioners have provided a receipt, which is handed over to the alleged contemnor.

3. In view of the apology tendered by the alleged contemnors 1 to 3 and the steps taken to make part payments to the contempt petitioners, Contempt Petition No.998 of 2020 is closed.
