2. After entertaining this petition, this Court has called for remarks from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem with regard to the pendency of the case in C.C. No.146 of 2007. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem has sent a communication dated 25.06.2018 to this Court contending that C.C. No.146 of 2007 was disposed of on 08.02.2018.
