The above petition has been filed to amend the 1st respondent's name and address in the cause title as R.Raghavendran, Resolution Professional for M/s.Thiru Arooran Sugars Ltd., Flat No.3, Dr.Rajendra Prasad Road, Tatabad, Coimbatore - 641 012 instead of The General Manager, Thiru.Arooran Sugars Limited, Unit-II, Thirumandangudi - 612 301, Thanjavur District.

2.The learned counsels for the respondents have no objection for ordering the petition.

3.Further, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered.
