O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction, directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner without any valid reasons and without issuing any summons for enquiry.

2. It is seen that earlier this petitioner has approached the learned District Sessions Judge, Coimbatore for anticipatory bail in C.M.P.No.2089 of 2015 and by order dated 05.08.2015, the respondent police was directed not to harass the petitioner, if there is no case has been registered against him.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction of the respondent police, submitted that a petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by one Barani Kumar.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and submit all the documents and during the enquiry, he shall not be harassed.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute is purely a partnership dispute and there is an arbitration clause also. Theses aspects may be taken into consideration by the respondent police during the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
