CR.NO.4369 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.19812 of 2020 dated 10.02.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.V.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5554 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19812 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.

4369 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
