O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that already a petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 19.01.2015 on the ground that the petitioner withdrew the complaint as they had settled with the opposite parties.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties assured to make the payment and that they have gone back on their words.
5. Just because the opposite parties have gone back upon their words, the police cannot be directed to register FIR in a dispute, which is essentially civil in nature. A copy of the Closure Report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
