ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to quash the order dated 26.03.2018 passed by the first respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2017 requesting to cancel the tender notification dated 20.04.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
