The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the third respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in press Release dated 29.01.2020 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to publish the merit list and to appoint the petitioner as Data entry operator based on her participation in the selection process.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought in this writ petition has been granted to the petitioner. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He also made an Page No.2 of 5

endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
