ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1504 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1504 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 02.04.2025 dk Page No.2 of 4
