This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2015 in CSR.No.409 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.409 of 2015, before the 1st respondent.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
