Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider my representation dated 30.09.2024 to send comparative statement to the 4th respondent and to rectify the pensionary benefits calculated my last month salary drawn as Rs.60,900/- instead of Rs.62,700/- for monthly
pensionary benefits and representation dated 08.02.2024 for wrongly adjusted my medical leave from my earned leave account, within a time frame.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent, Superintendent of Police, Chengalpet District, Chengalpet, to consider the representation dated 30.09.2024 and send a comparative statement to the 4th respondent. The petitioner seeks rectification of the pensionary benefits. The petitioner claims that the last month salary was Rs.62,700/-, but it had been wrongly calculated as Rs.60,900/-. The petitioner had also claimed that the medical leave had been wrongly adjusted from the earned leave account. In this regard the petitioner had given a representation on 08.02.2024.
2.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for R1, R2 and R3
and also the learned Standing Counsel for R4. 3.A direction is given to the 3rd respondent to examine the service register of the petitioner and examine the last drawn pay of the petitioner and also whether the medical leave had been adjusted with earned leave and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
