3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that arbitrary proceedings are concluded and the arguments were heard. Respondents have filed their written submissions. As the proceedings could not be completed, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks extension of time.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in extending the time.
5. Accordingly, applications are ordered. A period of six months time is extended from 8/8/2020 to resolve the dispute between the parties that arose under agreements dated 25/12/2010 and 30/12/2016 in Case Nos.1 and 2, respectively.
