Crl.M.P.No.6058 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.6935 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6935 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6935 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st & 15th of every English calender month until further orders instead of every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.
