ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct investigation and file final report in Crime No.24 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.24 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 120-B, 468 and 471 IPC on 12.11.2016 and thereafter, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.24 of 2016 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
