O R D E R

The order impugned passed by the Sub-Collector, Ranipet in Proceedings dated 11.03.2019, states that there are certain discrepancies regarding the name of the Village and Survey Number etc., with reference to the application filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of property.

2. Since the discrepancies were identified, the authorities were not in a position to process the application submitted by the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application along with all relevant documents clarifying the discrepancies and in the event of receiving any such application, the respondents shall proceed with the process and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

3. With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
