(CRIME NO.155/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30. a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P No.812/2022 dated 31.01.2022 in Crl.O.P No.20436/2021 dated 01.11.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.RAJAVANNIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.812 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.20436 of 2021 dated 31.01.2022. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
