Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.RAJAVANNIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.812 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.20436 of 2021 dated 31.01.2022. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
