Today, this Writ Petition is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause title the name of the fourth respondent has been erroneously typed as R.Selva instead of R.Selvam. Hence, he seeks that the name of the fourth respondent may be corrected as R.Selvam instead of R.Selva.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the Registry is directed to correct the name of the fourth respondent as R.Selvam and issue the corrected copy to the parties.
