(i) Declaring that the plaintiff is the absolute owner of the suit property with proper title vested in him and directing the defendants 1 to 6 or anybody claiming through them to vacate and deliver vacant possession of the suit property to the plaintiff and DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.

rkp (ii) directing the defendants 1 to 6 to jointly and severally bind themselves to pay the sum of Rs.5,000/- per month from the date of filing of the suit and till date on which the plaintiff recovers possession of the property and (iii) to pay costs of this suit .
