ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that delivery was already effected as per the order passed by the execution court and execution proceedings was also terminated. 3.

Therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
