Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner on the basis of the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.107/2016/A1 dated 27.06.2018 of the 1st respondent and on the representation dated 28.03.2022 of the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this Writ petition for consideration of her representation dated 28.03.2022 before the 2nd respondent for issuance of patta.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2022 for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
