Heard Mr.S.Janarthanam, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms.R.S.Lakshmipriya for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned in the application.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 72 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
