No. 26326/2023 in WA No. 83554/2023 in W.P. No. 34856/2015 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court to secure the ends of justice.

Mr. C.K.Chandrasekkar R1 To R4 Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The petitioner in person would submit that he was holding the post of Development Officer in the Life Insurance Corporation of India and his gratuity amount due to him has not been settled. Thus he made several representations to the Authorities, for which there are no response. Thus the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. It is needless to state that the grievance raised by an employee is to be addressed by the Life Insurance Corporation of India administration. The petitioner states that he served as Development Officer and the gratuity due to him has not been paid.
3. Thus, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner regrading settlement of gratuity in accordance with law and take a decision and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
