ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 4th respondent to return the original certificates of the petitioner that was submitted to them at the time of the petitioner's admission into Super Speciality Course in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for the academic year 2017-2020 in the 4th respondent College.
2. With reference to the contentions of the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has violated the conditions stipulated in the bond executed and therefore, the Dean, Madras Medical College, issued a Show Cause Notice on 02.09.2021. However, the final order has not been passed.
3. That being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to submit further 2/5
representation/objection, along with the documents if any, to the respondents. On receipt of such explanations, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with the law, within the period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to submit her objections, if any, within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 12.04.2024 Index : Yes Speaking Order (sha) 3/5
