Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 12.10.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent in Letter No.32544/A3/A32/2020-1; the order dated 17.02.2021 in Audit Slip No.17, AAO/AP2/TRY issued by the 5th respondent and the order dated 08.03.2021 in Ku.Aa.No.136/Ni.Pi.2/U.2/Ko. Audit/2021, issued by the 6th respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the petitioner pay, with all consequential benefits.
