ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in S.C.No.112 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Villupuram, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 417 & 376 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
