ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2023.

2. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner was in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. He made an online application for inclusion of his name in patta Nos.1049 & 1961 of the subject property. Since the same was not considered, he made a detailed representation on 16.10.2023 requesting the respondents to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's online application. But, no action has been taken by the respondents. Hence this Writ Petition.

4. Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
