We may, however, note that lot of water has flown since petitions are listed. Somehow even from the side of the petitioners, these matters were not brought up after 2009. We do believe that it is appropriate that the current position be placed before this Court by filing fresh petition to which then we could call upon response from the other side as to what areas of concern have not been addressed and how they are to be redressed.

2. We, thus, dispose of the writ petitions granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition giving the current situation after due verification. No costs.
