ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to investigate the complaint in Crime No.439 of 2014 and file final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.439 of 2014 has been registered for the offence under Sections 408, 477A, 420 IPC r/w 120 (B) IPC and is being investigated by the respondent police.

3. Since the offences are under Sections 408, 477A, 420 IPC r/w 120(B) IPC, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
